Spin Master B*Pack Surprise Dolls
Released around summer 2021, B*Pack is a series of surprise dolls made by Spin Master. Each doll is a surprise, with all accessories and the doll itself hidden within a backpack-esque box. B*Pack are meant to be versatile-- they can be a doll but also a keychain! This makes some of the surprise accessories charms for the keychain, but the rest are either clothes for the doll or the doll's ID card. The B*Pack brand appears to still be active on Spin Master's website.
In the first series, there were 10 different dolls to collect, with 3 deluxe sets featuring Reina Reef, Misty Shauna, and Silly Eyelash available separately. The deluxe dolls were not surprise toys, and came with the character on the front of the package. (Curiously, I can't find any record of release for both Misty Shauna and Silly Eyelash, but Reina Reef is still up and available on Amazon. The only thing of note I found was mention of a preorder page on Amazon for the two.) These deluxe dolls come with more surprises, and a box that doubles as a playset. Each deluxe doll comes with hair, a hair accessory, 3 mix and match doll clothes, 4 charms, a mini fabric backpack, and the keychain.
Two new series of B*Pack were released in 2022, one featuring dolls with full heads of hair, and the other featuring dolls with color-changing makeup. Another curious note is that I have a physical copy of this collector's sheet, and it seems a second series of the surprise dolls were designed but never released. This unreleased series is labelled "B*Pack School Cool".

August 15th, 2023: I still can't find any record of these being sold, and they're not on the Spin Master website, so I'm not sure what the deal is. There's also an Insta post with the doll designs here, but no word on release dates, etc.
B*Pack Make-up Madness had only 2 dolls to its name, Shay Shadows and Miss Cara. Both dolls came with a color-changing front hair streak and eyeshadow that can be activated with cold water. Each came with 4 charms, a face mask, 3 mix and match doll clothes, an ID card, a cosmetics storage pouch and the keychain. Both are still available via Amazon.
B*Pack Luscious Locks boasts a collection of 4 dolls with full heads of hair, as well as colorful hair extensions to add to your doll. The four dolls in this collection are Gal XE, Frank E-girl, Erin Mcraycray, and Pastella. Each Luscious Locks doll comes with 3 charms, 2 elastics, an ID card, and the keychain. Frank E-girl and Gal XE are both available on Amazon, but Pastella and Erin Mcraycray can't be purchased although they have pages on Amazon as well.
