Lollipets by Spin Master

Released in 2019 by Spin Master, Lollipets are an electronic interactive toy featuring sugar-themed designs and cute, doe-eyed animals. Each Lollipet comes with a treat that they're designed to pursue, but can also move towards other nearby Lollipets. These toys can be found in single blind boxes, or a two-pack with one visible toy and one surprise toy. When released, single packs retailed for roughly $7.00 while two-packs came in around $14.00. There are 20 Lollipets available to collect, with 5 different designs per treat. According to Spin Master's page on these toys, Lollipets from the Cotton Candy category are rare.
